How to have an amazing week

Dear Readers,
It is Sunday night as I write this, although many of you have already lived most of Monday.  But either way, here are three Fullistic things you can do to have an amazing week:

1) Before you get out of bed tomorrow, smile.  Then bless yourself and your life in whatever way feels right to you.  Hum, pray, sing, give yourself a hug--whatever.   Or just say a quick "thanks!" and get going.  Whatever works for you.   I like to start my day with an "Ahhhh!" which is the sound of God's name in all religions.

2) If you get going before you remember or want to do anything else, then just notice what's not wrong on your way to work.  Is your bus NOT late?  Did your car NOT break down?  Did the other drivers NOT do anything wrong?   Find your "Nots" and don't be surprised if you're laughing by the time you walk in the office door--it's a silly little game that works to keep you loose.

3) At least once a day, set an intention before you dive into something, even if it's your email.  Choose the outcome you want to create.

Too much to remember?  Then try this one very simple thing:

Just have fun.  

Really.  Just go have a good time with your life--including all the crazy parts.  Enjoy what you've created, and have fun creating something new.  Stop taking yourself and everything else so seriously, and watch as you "in-lighten" up!
